Creating effective and sound business systems is important, but there is a number of warnings about producing these systems as well. Please do not create systems that induce bureaucracy in your company. Sometimes you will get introduced into systems and create systems as well.
It is so easy to feel productive these days because you are attempting to develop a system but you are not really doing any work, you are just busy creating a system. Usually when you are getting caught for that reason of being busy, you get to think deeply about these systems just to come up with a perfect system. Which makes it worse since you keep pushing out the the moment to get some work done using small business computer systems. Use an extremely basic system and then enhance the system as you go.
Take a look at how Mc Donald’s do it. McDonald’s creates robots and that’s how they get these fifteen your olds to operate their franchises. That is how I create my systems, I provide avenue for my staff to pitch in their suggestions on how to come up with these effective systems in my business. I encourage new ideas, then get these implemented into the method in which we all do things in the company. That is how I exercise flexibility in creating systems for my business.
Many people spend too much time on their own back end in creating sound business systems today. This really is something that I was fortunate enough to do, I really do some SEO services interviews and I’ve been lucky to do some interviews with some recognized personalities in my niche. For those of you who know classic old school marketing, you want to tip leads into the top and as they progress down this marketing funnel, they get marketed more expensive product as they head down using sound business systems. So at the front end, up the top, you want a cheap product or a low end product to get people in.
